You should eat both, oranges for vitamin C and bananas for potassium. Organic in both taste better. I suggest you try the organic tangerines. Organic bananas last longer too. Wash both well.

bananas, as they have potassium in them which is good for the heart. if you are female, an of a certain age the acid in oranges are not too good for your joints when going through the menopause as it adds to the problem of osteoporosis,but after all that and you like them both, go on go mad eat them both.
