I was using my boyfriends phone last night to take some pictures and found some pics of legs in fishnet stockings and a pic of someone in a skirt and stockings (obviously taken by the person wearing them as that particular shot was done in a mirror if that makes sense...) I confronted my boyfriend as i immediately assumed (as most would!) that he had cheated on me (recently - the pics werent on there a month or so ago!) & been taking pics of "her" on his phone..He went quiet & upset looking & slowly admitted that it was HIM in the pics - he says that he had gone out and bought the stockings and then tried on his sisters shoes (heels) and a skirt.....he seemed genuine - cried with what appeared to be embarrassment - i comforted him (because i love him dearly and dont want to lose him if that is the truth about pics) but i still feel confused. did he maybe just come up with gud excuse to hide cheating? If so, i would have thought there'd be pics of "her" face/other body parts??

He could have a leg or stocking fetish, but most likely I'd say he likes cross-dressing. I don't believe he made up the excuse to hide any cheating, he was just embarrassed that his secret is out. Now, since you thought there would be other pictures of her, why don't you dress-up your boyfriend in your clothes or get his own & then you can take those pictures & have fun with your new girlfriend.

He is a Crossdresser and there is nothing for you to worry about. According to various statistics, between 5-10% of the male population in the U.S. Crossdress. Most are heterosexual.

It has been proven that there is nothing wrong with a person who crossdresses. Numerous books and papers cover this very subject.

He is hiding his face in the photo's because of the way society frowns upon crossdressing. Society feels that it is a sexual perversion and or a mental disorder. Nothing can be further from the truth, He does so to hide his identity so he does not get ridiculed or worse. An example is the Peter Oiler case.

Best advice, go with it, enjoy it and run with it. He knows exactly what you are talking about when you say your feet hurt from wearing heels, or how to prevent a run in pantyhose. Plus since he understands the clothing better, he is in a better position to help you shop and will not wince when walking into a woman's clothing store.

You can look at it like this, you not only now have a boy friend, but also a girl friend as well.

Okay, first off, you are to be commended for not going ballistic when he admitted that it was him. You just "outted" him when he wasn't expecting it and he was in crisis mode trying to figure out what in the hell was going to happen next. He didn't cry with what was embarrasment, it WAS embarassment (for having gotten caught, worse, having been caught by his gf when he was not expecting it! He's not cheating and you now have to come to grips with reality. Your confusion is understandable as are the normal questions (is he gay or bi, is he a pervert, etc). He is not gay (most CD's are heterosexual, much to the consternation of the conservatives) or necessarily bi. He is not a pervert, however does perform in a manner which is considered to be deviant by the majority of society (crossdressing.)

Now reality. You have to take some serious consideration of whether you want to be with a guy who may enjoy dressing as a female and whether you are level with that. Since we don't have pics to compare, you will have to consider if he looks funny, okay or even good as a female. This can and probably will impact YOUR self esteem depending on how you answer. You did good by comforting him, that was really what he needed at that point in time, now keep the lines of communication open and talk with him about this IF he is ready to talk to you about it. (when you love someone, talking about your deepest secrets is the hardest thing to do!). For good assistance in this matter I would recommend that both of you consider www.crossdressing.com where you can get info from other women who have bf who are CD and he can see what other CD's are talking about and get some questions answered for both of you. Best wishes!

some people do have what is called a gender nonconformity. that can range from someone wanting to be the opposite sex, therefore often , or sometimes secretly, dress as a woman.

Then there are other reasons a man may want to dress as a female. I met a man that liked dressing as a female, and he never understood why. Then one day he remembered that when he was a small boy his sisters dressed him up as a girl, and somehow he associated love with dressing as a female from time to time.

you can ask your boyfriend if he ever heard of gender nonconformity. It is important to understand not all people that have some gender nonconformity will become homosexual. Some will become transvestites.

It is said some children may have hormonal imballance that cause them to have a gender nonconformity, while some children will learn characteristics that cause them to have a gender nonconformity.

Maybe he just has a leg fetish, which is very common among guys. Try wearing stockings and a garter belt more often, and check out his behaviour. I wear them all the time, and I find males everywhere have a preference for them.

Wow - if you thought it was a chick, he must have fantastic legs on him! Best way to check is to get him to dress up like that again for you, this time full ensemble. help him with the makeup.
Take pictures and let him see himself fully.
If it isn't him, then you can show the pictures around for a bit of revenge!
Buwhahahaha, Steve.

If you love him go for it. Transvestites make good husbands. They will take an interest in buying your clothes and discuss fashion with you. In some case they when they are dressed as a woman they will do the housework.

Umm, I think he would rather confess to cheating than going out and buying them for himself. I don't know, this is a tricky one. I think if he wanted pictures of the person he was cheating with, he would of took them on his phone and not let the woman do it. Just ask him why he wanted to do that. He's admitted to it so just ask him out of curiosity why.

2 choices. Live the fact he is a crossdresser more than likely and help him through it with a counselor or dump him and find a man who is not a crossdresser since that might be what you really want in your life. It's your choice here!

society is so full of hypocrasy.

If YOU were to wear mens clothes, people wouldnt look at you twice. just because ur boyfriend is wearing women's clothes, it doesnt mean theres anything wrong with him or indeed that he should justify himself.

think about it.

also the fact that he chose to hide this from you is revealing. you might need to work on the trust issues rather than working on getting this poor guy to conform to your opinion of what he should wear.
