Vladimir is a guy who doesn't know how to pronounce the name of the company he works for, as well as most other words. He says things that the audience doesnt understand for some reason, and makes irregular appearances on Raw which is very, very annoying. In short, Vladimir is a guy who looks like he's going to be released very, very soon from the doble-doble-ee.
