Tuna ... I do not know 100% for sure, but please let me suggest that you get far away from this person. Being that close to trouble cannot lead to anything good.
Good luck to you.

Yes you could definitely get in some serious trouble.
It's classed as aiding and abetting and witholding information about something as serious as Class A dealing would be a prosecutable offense.
It would be a good idea to speak to the person who is dealing the drugs and explain that you do not want to be involved with it at all. If they then go on to keep doing it outside of your house and knowledge, although they would still be wrong for doing it, you would have no control over it and would no longer be responsible.
Alternatively the 'right' thing to do would be to inform the police but that's obviously going to be very difficult if the person is living with you and may be very close to you.
It's obviously going to be a very difficult situation.
Try speaking to a local Connexions advisor or looking at websites for help and support for families/friends and users of drugs.
Talk to Frank is a good, unbiased site which might help ease your tension and show that other people are going through much the same thing:

If you are under age you don't have to worry at all you won't get into trouble. If your an adult well then yes you could, because you probably have full knowledge of everything that's going on.Turning a blind eye does not make you innocent.I guess it depends on the police at the time and if your at home or not when the place gets raided (if it happens). The warrant will cover the whole house all of your belongings and your life as well, so tread very carefully.I would never dob anyone in espesially a friend. If they do it at your residence it does put you right in the middle of it.If its your partner you are benefiting from the money, therefor a part of it.Maybe you might want to consider moving before it all comes crashing down.Good luck

You could be "accused and charged" as an accessory. It doesn't mean they'd find you guilty. Better get a sharp attorney. You may have to make a deal to testify against those involved--so remember and think about that!

Guilt by Association? it happens all the time. See the Public Defender and tell them the circumstances. The state will pay for your defense if you can not afford legal cousel..or just retain your own attorney. The longer you wait the more trouble and money you will have to spend. Good Luck and next time pick a better group of friends.

Yes you would be an accessory before or after the fact and could be charged with that as a criminal offence

I think you might be known as an accessory after the fact - if you were involved in the investigation, they could probably bring charges if they wanted.
