How to give permission for a user (who is not an administrator) to install softwares in the system?

in windows 2003 server

What do YOU want to INSTALL on someone elses computer? IF you are the Adm. you can give permission very easy, but it sounds kind of fishy. I apologize IF I am wrong.

u can add that user to administrator or poser user group. then that user can install the software.

just get the administrator to do it or set there account as administrator
