It really depenends on the level of the programmer and who they work for.

Somebody making a game might not deal with any of them.
Other programmers use one or all of them in one way or the other.

A physicist, chemist or biologist might come up with some new thereom or science they want to develop. They might not have any idea of how to program. So, they have to work closely with a programmer to tell them what they want to see and how the algorithm is supposed to work. The programmer then takes that data and implements the design using software.

Often, a programmer has to work with a multitude of different sciences in order to implement a design. They just don't go off on their own designing new technologies.

Typically computer science directly deals with math (logic, probability, abstract math, discrete math) but it can target physics, chemistry, biology, even quantum physics.

The creation of programs is an art, not a science.

Debugging has some scientific aspects, I suppose - create a hypothesis, and experiment to verify/disprove the hypothesis etc., which I presume underpins any of the natural sciences.

Computer programmers use Logic, which is an aspect of Mathematics. I am saying this because IF ELSE, AND, OR, etc are all logical operators.

Are they the three options? I say none of them. If you had to pick one of those three, go for physics.
it is Mathand logic.
