Semen causes pregnancy when combined with a ripe egg. Main sign is a missed period, confirmed by either urine test or blood test that shows the rise in HcG. No you cannot get pregnant from drinking semen. It must enter through the vagina and enter the uterus.

Can semen cause pregnancy? Yes, that is what it is for, for it won't cause pregnancy when drank...it has to fertilise an egg which can't be accessed through the stomach.

No you can get pregnant if you swallow semen. Yes semen causes pregnancy when you have sex unprotected and to know your pregnant you miss your period
