Jane Austins pride and prejudice that was done by the BBC was faithful well as much as you can. Its hard to put across what a character is thinking in just a look where in the book the character can actually describe what they are thinking but the BBC version managed to portray this very well.

bbc's pride and prejudice is my favourite and it's really faithful to the novel, last movie with kiera knightly is good but not as bbc's series. I liked these movies too : Emma and sense and sensibility
you can read the novels and watch the movies you won't be disappointed

Is that the A&E version? Cause so far I think that for Pride and Prejudice, Emma and Persuasion that is the best source. I do like Emma Thompson's Sense and Sensibility too.

I'm not surprised you like it. It is very faithful to the book and the actors are well suited to their characters. Splendid.
