The 070 prefix is now well known as a prefix for scam numbers. DON'T call them back at all. You have, most likely, been charged a fair amount for the call, & you could try to get the money back from your provider as a one-off mistake, but you shouldn't call those numbers back again. Most mobile prefixes are 077 or 079, so if it's not one of those, don't call it back.

It is a scam. They ring you and they either pretend they cant hear you or give 1 ring so you ring them back and get stung £15. The scam probably originates from Nigeria.

the best thing to do would be to call from a payphone because you cannot get any unwanted charges on your bill but if they call again dont answer!
