Well...all i know is that Mario and Wario are enemies
Luigi and Waluigi are enemies
Mario and Luigi are brothers
Therefore wario and Waluigi are probably brothers
I would go for evil cousin/twin

I don't think that Wario is in anyway a relation to Mario. If he is he would be his cousin, I'd think.
Just so you know Mario and Luigi's names in full are Mario Mario and Luigi Mario. If Wario was a relation his full name would have to be Wario Mario, somehow I think I would doubt that.

He's none. The closest that even comes to that is 'Evil Twin' I guess. But he's the polar opposite of Mario, just as Waluigi is Luigi's evil counterpart.

actually the nintendo co. make Wario to be an evil villain or as an opponent for Mario himself, but then the nintendo co. got an idea to make it's own game....... so today wario is well known around us
