It depends. In most cases it takes time, but ppl dont want to wait. Here's how.
Girl: Apologize and buy her something nice(not too fancy, dollar store type stuff). Listen to what she said you did- and no matter what DON"T OBJECT!! Then after she is through make it seem like you're disguted with yourself, apologize once more, then ask her if ya'll can go make up for loss time.

P.S: Only time will heal close and personal relationships.

go to her,confront her, then apologise. she should be touched with that.tell her tht u really regret and will never repeat it again.never write letters.it shows ur not sincere enuff. good luck :)
