Yea, I would say so.

You might be one of the people who decide that you don't believe a thing until you see it. Great scientists think this way, and they always end all discussion by saying "prove it".

I never believed in ghost either until I saw one, however I believe in spirits-not ghosts... It all depends on you. I felt and seen a spirit and believe that ghosts are made up fictional figures that represent spirits. Spirits doesn't sound scary enough and ghost sounds just as good.

At first sight it seems that your question is paradoxical. But it does actually make sense. As a sceptic I estimate that ghosts don't exist, not disbelieve in them. I also estimate that God doesn't exist but again I cannot say that he doesn't because it is all a question of evidence.
If something does not exist there can be no evidence for or against it, thus it is illogical to assume that it doesn't exist or does.
Conversely, something may well exist but we may not see or understand the evidence.
The most reasonable conclusion is that ghosts may exist, but the evidence in favour is pretty flimsy.
The irony is, that the only way we can see that something doesn't exist is if there is no evidence whatsover that it does. And even then, as I have said, we may have missed something.

I don't under stand why this issue has to be fair or unfair, but since you asked I will answer: It is fair to believe in ghosts without seeing them because most people believe in oxygen and no one has seen it.

You can believe in things you have never seen. I had a friend who had never seen a man naked before her honeymoon and she believed in the existence of willies.
Also a lot of people believe in various religions where their God can not be seen.
Finally I have seen 2 ghosts in my life and I am still not sure if I really believe in them.

I think ..no it is not fair to say you don't believe in ghosts even if you have never see one , You should first investigate fully that if the ghosts really exists or not , it does'nt depend on your opinion or your belive it depends on the reality . Ask those who have seen one .so it is not fair .

It's been said that everyone sees at least one ghost in their lifetime, but it isn't always recognised.

The phrase 'seeing's believing' is a perfect scientific rebuttal of spirit, but the eyes don't see the full frequency range within nature and therefore can not show everything that exists.

Just because I've never seen a million dollars, doesn't mean I don't believe it exists. The same would, could, be said for most anything else in this world, it just depends on whether you are open-minded enough to accept something unknown.
