I want to create a job site.?

How do i make my job site different from others out there? Is there something that you people miss when using a job site? What things you would like to have in a jobsite to make it more useful to you. What kind of searches would you like to perform for the results that you seek? Any specific regions that you think need a good job advertising board desperately? I am planning to provide generally free or for a priveleged service a very low cost alternative.

One point; make the salary field mandatory. Too many job sites allow this field to be left blank, which is frustrating for the searcher if it's not completed..
