No question of right. Its like asking , do we have a right to love?
Its is an occassion of expressing love. so what is wrong? it is such a beautiful way to do it?

In ancient times, in the sanskrit literature, we read about 'vasantotsav' which was the time to express love.

so go ahead, in modern times, celeberate and be happy on valentine day
