I need some reasons of yours about why do you want to go for further studies. For example in my case, I am planning to go for University of Nottingham, UK for my MA International Relations.
But why do I need further studies?

Fear... alot of times people have gotten use to being in school... Being in school provides security, you know when things are due, what to do, and what to expect...

Fear... that without getting the highest attainable education... one might not succede in life...

Fear... that a company will not accept anythingelse but a Masters in your choosen field...

What did I do? I'm still in school because I Fear that I havent learned all that there is to be learned

I am getting my master's degree so that I can work in higher education. I want to work at a college or university, and most jobs in higher ed require an advanced degree. This is why I am continuing my education past the BA. I am not sure it will make me more money in the short term, but I think it will give me more job satisfaction and intellectual integrity in the long term.

I agree with Waipa. However, I'm going to do my Master's because I was guaranteed an assistantship. If they're going to pay me to study, I'm going to keep studying.

Another reason is I did my undergrad in international trade, a generic business degree. Now I'm going to get my MS in Supply Chain Management, to build technical skills and to gain focus.
