You can do what Kissybertha and Archtyriel have suggested, or you could call the consumer protection service in your country and sue the companies represented by these telemaketers, for harassment and get money from them calling you.
Then you would actually welcome their calls, cause every time they call you sue.

you may want to try to privatise your number and there is a way you can block overseas calling. Another thing you can do is pick up and threaten the life of the telemarketer. and ask them where they are and threaten to columbian necktie them.

its too late, 3 weeks there was a number in the paper that ya had to call that would block all junk calls from your cell if you did not call that number then your up a creek without a paddle! sorry

call the wireless phone company and have them blocked or just don't answer them.
