I would like to help u but please clear ur question.
Do u wnt to know about confession of love or mistake or something else.
Please try to clarify this thing so that I'm able to help u more
Anyways, if u want to confess ur mistake pls do it, as it would help u to make ur heart light which is currently full of doubts, fears, confusions and other harmful things. This will also take u close to God.
If u r true in ur words, sentiments and relations then to whom u r confessing will readily understand u.

Make sure you aren't in a public place so they are not humiliated, and just open your heart and talk, an honest and open confession is better that hearing a pack of lies, so just say what you have to say, and apologise.

sometimes confessions don't do any good, but do harm instead. would not confess if there were a chance it would be too costly.

I would just fess up and tell the truth if it were me because if i did not my conciense would bother me until i did. Honesty is the best policy and you will feel better for it:)
