i have a problem ..if i see any sexy things in night i start ejaculating my sperm in any soft cloth is this right please advice me onthis matter i even dont have any

It's quite normal with teens. If you r not exagarating your sex wills then its common to have wet nights and that is obvious. Don't panic just try (if you want) masturbating once or twice a month for few months that will shurely solve it or if it seems to serious consult a doctor.

I sappose seeing anything sexy at night, means television? IF so, DO you have a girlfriend? DO you have a sex life? If your answer is no to both, then it's perfectly natural. If you do have a girl and you said yes to a sex life, then i dont know what your problem is.
