when i do it, (if ever you can catch me in a skirt).. its more of a bored or nervous condition type thing...

they may be shy, don't want to talk to you so trying to distract themselves, telling a lie,like people who play with their hair, touch their face, look away/divert their eyes etc.

out of confussion... it ain;t with girls only... boys... even grown up... we all do some actions that depict our confussion...
