You can send E-mail to a mobile only if that mobile service provider have provided the facility to send e-mail or SMS from internet. Thats entirely depends upon existence of Mobile service provider on the internet. If the serivice provider have this facility then you can send e-mail to the address like this.....XXXXXXXXXX@serviceprovider'saddressOnInternet.com where XXX is number of mobile you want to send e-mail to . You can call customer's service of your mobile service provider and ask for the facility .Most of them provide it for free ,some might charge for it .
