Who has had cosmetic or plastic surgery, what did you have done. I found a really good doctor, but she is miles and miles away, but I looked at her before and after pictures and I was thoroughly impressed. What should I do, would insurance cover something so far away from me.

I have had a bff and sister to have this done {i wasn't overly blessed}. Their only regret was waiting so long to do it. My sister had it at 45 so her back suffered. Looks like you have done most of your homework. Check with the BBB for any complaints with this MD and see if she is in your insurance plan. If your family doctor proves that your breast are causing or will cause back problems, your insurance should cover it. If you do have it done, take care off yourself to prevent infection.

Dear Lady,

WHO IS ME?
I am a 30-year older MALE, meanwhile I am NOT a medician I moved near the prosthetic world. During my academic studies I read electronic articles published on prosthetic advancing. Few time later, I overcame to graduating about "Socket Joint" in Femur-head's level or "Screw Joint" in tooth-mandible's level.

WHAT DO I SAY?
Since I am not a FEMALE more probably I cannot understand all the physiological and psychological succeeding and the other events involved by Mastoplastic Reductions. My academic teacher said me about this type of surgical operations, highlighting the serious involvement to "spinal bone-chain" and probably the effects on young women, see glande and ormonal involvements.
On the other hand I see a Positive Light. I understood your medician is a WOMAN as you are, she having the professional and human perception of your "Human Doubts and Fear". She had executed the "Pro and Counter" evaluation on your clinical case, may be the data of the latter suggested to your Doctor this "Pathway".

I suggest you heard any people loving you.

Breast reduction surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.

Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.

With insurance, you should find a plastic surgeon that is in your network. If you find one that is not in your network you will be paying a LOT out of pocket for your surgery.

I found a great doctor in my network and my insurance paid for 100% of it.
