ooooppps! i guess it aint free if its a payphone but would you use a 'free phone' if it played comercials instead of ringing?

It's a great idea. There is a similar thing out now called 1800free411. It's free directory assistance along the same lines you just said. You listen to a short ad and get the number you want for free. I think you should tell someone your idea. Infact, tell them to do that on our home phones, too and make them free. lol
