So far there is no evidence that there was unlawful sex. They had sex, including anal, that is without doubt, but there is not one shred of evidence to suggest that this was against her will.

This is why rape cases are so difficult to prove, did the girl say no at anytime? it is one word against the other.

It's impossible to say, because the case is fictional and the accused, victim and witnesses are actors. So we can only guess as to what the scriptwriter has written - not a true test of the court process

Guilty!

No woman wants to experience rape and no man wants to be accused of it.

The evidence is definitely not conclusive and I am basing my opinion on who I believe is lying.
