i personally prefer grey's anatomy..but what do u think is the difference that makes Grey's anatomy more popular?

i thnk its cause its fresh, and people can relate to it more than they can to ER yea grey's is brillant in the writing department

ER has sooo run its course...and now it even seems like they are ripping off story lines from Grey's Anatomy...like with the Amish people and last night with Andy Dick being a psychic...Grey's did all of that first. Oh yeah, and Grey's has Patrick Dempsey =) and it's funny

I think that ER has run it's course. Grey's is new and the characters are funny and interesting. ER has lost too many of the original characters, and that for me is the reason I don't watch anymore.

Not sure cuz I never watched ER, but GA has a good mix of medical stories and romance

Grey's is more about the interns..........birth of becoming a doctor..........mentally, physically and emotionally.

ER is emergency room episodes
