Take your mother to Merle Norman or a nice department store. You need to make an appointment......... although they will do makeup free!! (In hopes that you'll buy a bunch). Also, Avon does makeup for free with an appointment.
Then, make an appointment with a stylist within your budget. Your mother will appreciate anything from you simply BECAUSE you are her child.
One quick tip: make her something PERSONAL!! Get pictures taken, with a photo frame, & decorate the frame yourself. Mom's love personal gifts!! (You can even use an instant camera OR a digital camera if you'd like). As well as buying photo paper, buttons, sequins, & WOOD frames at a discount store such as DOLLAR TREE.
