For starters, YES. Sperm is often found in both pre-ejaculate and ejaculate AKA pre-*** and ***. If a man pre or ejaculates anywhere near a woman's vagina or if semen finds its way there it is possible for a woman to become pregnant. It is possible for a woman to become pregnant through masturbation if any of the above mentioned fluid is present while a woman is masturbated. Grant it, it isn't as easy to conceive under such conditions but some sperm is quite resilient and once it enters the vagina it can stay alive for days.

Absolutely YES. Never depend on withdrawal as a reliable contraceptive strategy.
Even if a man ejaculates outside a woman, it is absolutely possible for sperm to find their way inside - either on her hands or his hands, or on a tissue she may wipe herself with, or even by just landing near the entrance to her vagina and working their way inside via vaginal fluids - there are a number of way this could be entirely possible.
Basically, any type of intimate sexual contact could potentially result in pregnancy if the woman is fertile and sperm are ejaculated. Ths is why the withdrawal method is so unreliable - pulling out and coming on her stomach for example.
Please, use contraceptives such as condoms - they're not 100% foolproof but they're better than nothing and will help protect both partners from disease.

As far as I know, a woman could pregnant with pr ejaculation, but very rare. Always use a condom and she needs to be on birth control as well.

I believe it is possible for a woman to get pregnant in this situation. If the sperm can travel into the vaginal canal, then they can travel to the egg. It's obviously not likely, but I believe it's possible. Careful!
