My 4mths baby don't want drink when she wake up and only when she sleep but some time also don't want.So how??

Now she only drink around 3 to 4 oz around 3hs and some time less than that...

my 3 month old is like that most of the time. she drinks around 3 1/2 ounces around every two and a half hours. but through the day it is a fight to get a bottle down her. i have just been having to offer her the bottle every two hours to make sure she is getting enough during the day. which is very tiring.

She could possibly be teething or have nasal congestion. Sometimes babies just eat less then normal. As long as she is wetting diapers I wouldn't be concerned.
