Hey, friends are not something which can be sold in market with categories, like formal, good, bad, very good, and heart relationships.
Such friends can happen after a long time of togetherness or some event which takes you both too close, something like these.
You can have heart relationship with any one whom you trust much and vice versa. No heart relationship comes in-built except the blood relationship.
So go ahead, have one whom you trust, tell him/her you trust him/her much, as the time goes the opposite person will also start trusting you.

Y'know it really doesint happen that way there's no specific place where you can find your heart relationship. It's funny, your best friend could even turn out to be the dude you wanted to slap hard on the face at first impression. It just takes time try to know other people better trust me, it'd work wonders
