Am looking to write a book, I am looking for a MS Word template that will manage chapters, index etc. as well as a system of organizaing my material and thoughts.

Go to Microsoft.com office, they have many down-loadable templates.
Congrats on your book too! I have started many, but finished none! MS Word is an awesome program at that for an Author! I love it.
