Product= you have to have the right product that people want (or think they want)
Drive = You need to possess the need to succeed. The drive to work and struggle because it isn't easy starting out.
Customer Service= Taking care of the customer from start to finish making sure needs were met and promises wee kept. Not only with outside customers but internal customers also. Vendors you use will be good people to make friends with.
