Using a bow on his guitar strings? I think he did it first, back in the Yardbirds, on an instrumental called White Summer that became Dazed and Confused when he formed Led Zeppelin.

None. Theremin is named after its author. Fuzz had already been invented, along with other types of distortion; ditto re. echo, reverb, wah-wah and others.
