All of the reading I have done suggests that most women can feel implantation but either disregard it or think they are getting their period early. It has been described as pains from dull to sharp usually on one side or the other and often times can be accompanied by small amounts of spotting with light pink or dark brown blood. If the pain doesn't stop I would contact your Dr because there can be other explainations such as cysts an other things that you would want to be seen for. Hopefully you get the answer you are hoping for. Good Luck!!

Lots of people say they feel the implantation and it's a bit uncomfortable. I'm not sure, but I think I did as there was one night when I was really uncomfortable a couple of weeks before I did the test and found out I was pregnant!

I am currently halfway into pregnancy #4 and I swear I felt implantation with all 4 pregnancies. To me it was more like af cramps rather than pain. I have only ever felt the feeling when I was pregnant, and it was usually followed by spotting in the next days that followed.

Good luck, I hope you get the result that you are hoping for! :)

Not everyone feels implantation. I didn't so I guess I can't comment on what it feels like.
