Depends on the jumper, but I love beads at the moment, can't get enough of them, so you could try and match up some beads with your jumper.
Also in fashion at the moment are long silver necklaces with charms hanging from them (a la nicole richie) that would also look good, casual but fashionable.

Depends where you're going and whether its day or night.
Big earings are usuallly the go, try something in "old gold", it's a good match with green. Especially if your top is fairly simple, go with a pair that are "jingley".
Also charm bracelets are popular, you can get the fake ones at shops like "Accsesorize".
And big belts, now worn around the waist, with a big bronze or gold sack-bag.

It depends on the green color, but I think that chunky silver jewelry looks best with jeans. It's casual, but makes a statement. It also looks great with green, especially deep or dark greens.
