lol yes this happens a lot when you have your period. You will often suffer severe mood swings... going from highs to lows, sometimes remaining in a low, or a high, for a while... your hormones are very much on whack during your period. Don't worry. It's normal. Sometimes you may even get so mad you just want to throw a table across the room.. and you won't even know why. I've had times when I was sitting on the couch reading a book and all of a sudden I started bawling my eyes out and I had no idea why...

very normal. Don't worry. You're not alone.

EDIT: by the way, a little suggestion

- if you have problems with cramps... stay away from caffeine. Caffeine causes cramps.
- Dark chocolate is okay, but too much, and anything with a lot of sugar, will also cause cramps.
- Putting a cherry pillow (pillows filled with cherry seeds) in the oven and then on your stomach helps ease the pain too... but basically anything warm will help.

Stay away from sugar at this time and eat healthy it helps to keep positive. Also try a brisk walk or some form of mild exersize like even yoga, or stretching. Get your normal eight hours sleep or more if required. This will all help you stay on top of your game and get through this period in a timely manner.
Good luck!

Dragon Rider is right. I was going to say the same thing but she was here first. Yup. You're normal. We all get the period blues from time to time.

Sure it is possible. If it is really bad, talk to a physician. Have a few bits of dark chocolate, it can help. Remember dark chocolate not milk chocolate. And only a few pieces.... :)

It could be. A lot of women get emotional during their menstrual cycle. Luckily it doesn't last too long, and you will be back to normal before you know it.
