Everything in his life revolves around those numbers and (I think) it drives him to insanity

Depending on the test, average (about 2/3 of all people) is a score of about 85-115. Every 15 points either way is a new category. 117 would be just above average. But an IQ Test is only as reliable as the person who administers it and the day it is give; how you felt, how well you slept, etc. Don't over think it.

I dont' know what it means, but I know it is divisible by 3 (the sum of it's part adds up to 3, 6 or 9) and that is important to me!!! (117/3=39, 39/3=13).
