I would probably never speak to her again! What kind of woman could do something like that? I went through the same thing, but only with a fiance though. Base your decision on whether you have kids with her or not. If not, ignore her.

I could understand being hurt, but, I think I were you, I'd wouldn't be so bitter. From my understanding, most people who go into a coma, don't come back out. There's no certainty you would've ever became concious again. Was she supossed to sit there indefinetly? I don't think it's outrageous for her to try and move on, find someone new. And, once you bring in other stress factors, it was probably too much for her to handle. It seems like you have thought about it from your side, but not hers. Would you have sat there, and waited for someone to wake up, with a good chance they wouldn't? What if everything started crashing down, and you began to need companionship? And, isn't it a bit hypocrtical, getting on her case when you've moved on as well?
To answer your question though, yes I woud talk to her, in that circumstance. Personally, I wouldn't hold anything against her. I would hope she was happy, though. At first it would be ackward and I probably wouldn't hold a steady conversation with her, but over time I would hope to become close friends with her.

Your situation is terrible, that's too bad. If there were children involved, you would have no choice but to speak to her about the well fare of the youngsters. I guess this interaction (with the wife) could be avoided with effort.
In your case, I would do my absolute best to never speak another word to her. If I saw her getting robbed, I turn and go the other way or cheer the robbers. If she needed some money or have to live on the streets, that's where she would be.

i wouldn't even talk to her. she made up her mind about u, the best way to see what a person is all about is if u have a crisis, it does sometimes reveal their true character. if you are doing well now than avoid this person, she probably hasn't got alot of good things going on in her life right now, and wants to go back with u, but if she truly loved u she never would have kicked u to the curb when u were down and out, she would have stuck by u.

you got shot, thrown into a coma and she took that opportunity to give up on you.
what a person, its a wonder how she can live with herself and that sort of coldness.
i wouldnt speak to her, and for what reason would she need to?
to rip out your heart? to show her new BF to you?
what a no-life loser.

forgive and forget.
some people are good in handling situations like yours. maybe your ex- is really is something else....immature to the hilt.
you can talk to her. all for a reason. keeping the hate will not be good for you. by talking to her you will make her realize what she lost in you.
be thankful that you're in a good relationship now.
