These are available in LOTS of places. Art stores, craft stores, online art catalogs and the bookstores for local colleges (they will usually allow anyone to make purchases, not just students.)
If you want to purchase more detailed anatomy models, such as the ones you see in anatomy and physiology classes, try science product stores, and do an internet search for them.

Ocean State Job Lot has good deals. They have very cheap 3D anatomy models. They might not have such great quality, but they're pretty good. I don't know if you have one in your place, so you can check this website out:
