Not all women with regular menstrual cycles have PCOS. You may or may not have symptoms, however. The best way to find out is to visit your GYN.

At the time I was diagnosed with PCOS I was having regular periods although I did start to notice that sometimes I would spot between periods in addition to some of the other symptoms I got such as stretch marks and weight gain.

Pls talk to your gyn about testing you for this condition if you think you have it. If you don't have a gyn pls talk to your primary care physician.

They may. You can have the symptoms (i.e. cysts on ovaries, acne, obesity etc) even if you have regular menstrual cycle.
