Why do women buy so many shoes and handbags?

In general term I mean.

The shoes are easy, we wear many different styles, fashions, skirts, shorts, jeans, slacks, dress slacks, casual slacks, mini skirts, long skirts, therefore we need shoes that go appropriately with all, like Levi's I like to wear black leather boots, sarongs I will wear sandals or flip flops, and they have to match, dress slacks go with a slight heel in a nice leather, sweat outfit for working out needs tennis shoes, professional dress needs high heels, get it?
As for purses I just have a couple Dooney & Bourkes
I am not a big fashion person either, it's just the wayit has to be.

I don't have all that many shoes and handbags, only 10 handbags I bought over the last ten years and about 10 pirs of shoes. I have more clothes than anything else.

I'm a woman and I don't have that many pairs of shoes or hand bags. I wear regular sneakers or croc shoes most of the time and I carry my things in the same Despicable Me Minion backpack everytime I go out.

they buy shoes, so they can carry more heavier handbags and they buy handbags so they can carry more money to buy more shoes...(with sincere apologies to all women... just joking and playing around with the words...thats what i'm good at...LOL)

because when we are easily out procuring a minimum of we are doing something when you purchase the television your watching it and dont care about something else when we purchase all of theae issues we opt as an example it off too so again we are doing something shoes, purses, earrings-- they're all different tvs-- you've already got one- whats the point?
