Why do you mention AIDS? Is it just because she's had sex with someone else and you're not sure what she has? If that's the case, just because she's had sex with one other person doesn't mean she's disease-riden, but both of you should get tested for STD's and AIDS before having sex...that is a good idea in any new relationship.

If you're saying she DOES have AIDS, you know this for sure, then you can still have sex with her, just use a condom EVERY SINGLE TIME...the odds of a man getting AIDS from a woman is much lower than a woman getting AIDS from a man...since some of the other person's bodily fluids have to get in your body, I think it should be pretty self-evident why a guy would be more likely to infect a woman. But that doesn't mean it can't happen. She should seek advised from her doctort.

As far as her having a baby with you, does she want to have a baby wth you? This is a very important factor, AIDS or no AIDS. She may want to get married first, or she may not be interested in bearing your child. Assuming she is, if she has AIDS...she shouldn't bring a child into this world. If she has AIDS, she will not live very long to be a mother for that child, and the child is VERY likely to be born HIV positive...meaning the child will have a short and unhealthy life as well. If she DOES have AIDS and you two truely love each other and both want a child, consider adoption.

If she doesn't have AIDS, or if you don't know for sure, you should both get tested and take it from there. But the act of sex does not CREATE AIDS unless one of the people is already HIV positive, so if you're both clean, and she gives you the green light, go for it! Good luck, the question left me with a few questions, but I tried to answer as thoroughly as I could!

I assume you know that if she is infected with AIDS that there is the chance that any children she has will likewise be infected. Raising a child that is HIV+ is not easy to do. Most day cares will not accept the child, you have to be super careful about bodily fluids, infections ect. Having sex with her can be done if you use a condom but there is still the chance of getting AIDS from her. So to answer your question for getting her pregnant Invetro Fertilization is the best bet. But as I said make sure this is something that you are willing to deal with the consequences of. If you aren't prepared to care for that child then you shouldn't even consider bringing it into the world. AIDS is still a disease that can cause alot of problems especially to a pregnant woman since pregnancy can cause the immune system to be compromised and so can AIDS.

is she infected with AIDS or HIV?reason i ask is becasue AIDS is a more serious case than HIV and if she has AIDS, i'd say don't bother having a baby that will come into this world and suffer - its not right.but if she has HIV, the baby has a larger chance of being born without the virus, and even if it is born with the virus, its health will be far much better and easier to control.mind you, some babies are born with HIV and eventually the virus "disappears" if the mother does not breastfeed it and if it receives adequate & correct medication.
to prevent yourself from being nfected - protect yourself with a condom. please think about the risks posed on the baby first before you consider what you want.it's not fair to bring children in this world who will be constantly sickly and discriminated at day cares becasue it carries a disease that it didn't ask for

The only way to get her pregnant without infecting yourself (I'm assuming since you included that she is HIV+) would be artificial insemination at a doctors office.
