well yes, your psyche and your countenance are related,,,, your psyche would control your behavior,,, and your countenance is how you carry yourself, an outwards show of behavior,,,,,, not sure what you last sentence means or relates to this,,,, yes the person looking back is you,,,, do you mean your psyche observing your body?
