No sorry, the only way I know of is surgical, it's also probably the safest way. Home remedies can often have unwanted side effects. Speak with your OB about this, it's not likely he'll recommend any home remedies but he may be able to put you in touch with a support group.

How do you know that your fallopian tubes are blocked? That is a doctor thingy. There's no home remedy for it. Call your doctor and let him relieve your concerns. If there's anything that can be done; he will tell you.
Good luck.

II`ve been working out a lot lately, even drinking milk!If you want I can blow into your cervex really hard. If that doesn`t do it, I can stick...something in their and try to ream your tubes out. Whadda ya say? huh? pick me pick me...
I`m just kidding, but that is about the funniest thing I`ve ever seen on this sight so far and thank you for the laugh and I only mean that in a good way. What the heck causes your falopian tubes to block any how??!!

No, but having a hysterosalpingogram can sometimes push blockages out, otherwise the only option is surgery...good luck
