The answer to your first question is yes, and no. I say "yes" because in theory a witch may cast any spell on anyone they so choose. However, I say "no" because no witch (at least none that I know of) would do this. It violates the basic tenets of the wiccan rede.
As for a witch doctor, I don't know enough about them to give you any sort of legitimate answer, aside from my opinion.
That all being said, you have to remember that the power of the mind is greater than anything that any one else can do. If someone tells you something that you feel is a "curse", and you believe it enough, it can actually happen~~regardless whether there is a curse or not. I believe it's called "self-fulfilling".

Yes they can. If you have had a spell cast on you,you can visit sites and find spells to figure which was cast on you and bind that person from doing any more harm. Also,if you think this person is really close to you, dont leave stuff laying around for them to get like, hair, nail clippings, used napkins, etc. They can use that against you as well. Yes it will come back to them 3 fold for casting spells,it is part of their rules. As for a witch dr.,that is a rare find! Just remember, act fast at finding out what has been cast because some spells have a time limit on them!

It depends if the witch, somewhat rare these days, is able to summon something. I do not beleive in magic but I do believe in forces beyond our understanding. I think that a witch cannot directly cast a "spell" on you but summons an entity to do it. I do not believe the entity is magic either. It can actually go into phycology. Scientists do beleive the brain has "extra abilities" only some are born able to use. I hypothesise that this entity had some of these ablities while living and before death chose how it would be "summoned." The entity then wrote in books so he could be summoned.

In such matters the witch has only the power you allow them to have. If the spell were cast recently, keep in mind that this is cold and flu season, and at the first sneze or sniffle the gloating will begin. If the power of the dark arts were at their beck and call they would be working on a global scale. Not taking credit for the work of a mere virus.
However, should you happen to have earned the wrath of a true witch what uses her abilities for harm...aquire a good sized turquoise stone. According to some texts this should shield and gradually purify or halt the progress of the spell. While seeking out a coven or solo wiccan find a copy of the "Malleus Malifocorum. The Mallus was a primer for witch hunting, and should have additional wards to use in your defense. As well as offensive measures. Should you find a Wiccan wiling to aid you the light aspect of their belief should be of help.
Traditionally the caster is the only one that can remove a 'spell', but sufficient power in opposition may work. If not, be prepared to make peace with a demanding foe.
Good hunting.

Sure we could, just the same as a Christian can pray for something like that to happen. I do not know why it is so hard to understand that a "spell" is no more than a focused prayer. Either way, if you are truly a witch you would not do anything like that because we KNOW that it will come back on us times 3.
Witch doctor? hahaha!

Yes they can, and in ways that most people woudln't even think about. As for curs for such spells. A witch doctor could, if you could find one. However, most anyone that is highly skilled in the magical arts could do the job. Most won't becasue they have these things called ethics and morality (personally I always found those things to be a waste, an annoyance, and a hiundrance to success). that prevent them doing such things. Fortunately, there are a few of us that are skilled in Magic that are not hampered by such....notions. That is part of how I make my living by casting such spells, or in countering them as the case may be.

The mind is a powerfull tool, if one believes strongly enough that something like a spell will make you sick, you will get sick!
Aust. Abbos believed that if a witchdoctor pointed the bone at you, you would die. So, to not disappoint the WD he would die...Maybe it was something he ate!!
Its a bit like religion, if you believe in God you will be saved...but not many people have come back from the dead to prove that theory !

It is sae for the witch and the witch doctor. Careful don't let that thing enter your mind or you will end fearing even going to toilet at night.

Yes but threefold law says that if you do something bad something will come back to you 3 times as bad. If you use the spell for good then it should come back to you 3 times as good.
