I think you've got mixed up with a current series on Channel 4 in England called shameless, the film you want is called Shameless and is also known as Mad Dogs and Englishmen.

I've never heard of this movie , but there is a show on channel 4 called Shameless about Manchester but Liz Hurley has never been in that , well not my knowledge?!

Liz Hurley is one of the worst actresses I have ever had the misfortune to witness in a movie. Nothing with her in is good.
