No you can't, not without special software.
And even if you had the special software, chances are it would install a virus type item to your computer, which wouldn't be powerful enough to run the special software anyway.
Most probably resulting in your computer running like a 386.

Yes u can bt only if u have a ps2 emulator.The thing is the game will be really slow n graphics nt tht good so nt really worth playin ps2 games on pc with the emulator.Better get a ps2 coz playin on pc nt worth it

Of course you can, using an emulator, however the frame rate will be very low, and very few ps2 games work well emulated at the moment. If you want the program it is here:

Playstaion 1 games work very well emulated on pc though, maybe you could try those instead
