Can wording be changed for appeal on anyone in another state?

Forced heir has been ruled in my favor. on the computer is statement from sister she is appealing it.Does court put this on computer in that state? I,ve asked in so many ways has appeal gone to court yet? Can i change what was put in computer there as want to state it differently or worded different can i do that HELP
