Excellent question and point well taken. Perhaps that's why the Saudi are allowed so much leverage, and Cheney is their little ***** at call.

In a round about way yeah - but, also don't discount that the US international trade market is heavily depended on by these two countries. China manufactures a lot of our goods we buy today, and have dominated the US market with cheaply made goods. Finally, the Saudis profits from oil in the US will never make them ever contemplate any reckless moves, this includes China as well..

Yes that is one way to look at it? The other is to know this is a game plotted and planned in monopoly? By all the heads of the 7 continents, (the beasts?), and then we will see the realty when we go to a full blown War and test the big bang theory for real eh?
Trades and Commerce are done everyday and that is the way of the world but in this century they will make the slavery back in the day look like a picnic! You won't believe it till it happens anyway. but right now you are under seige and the American People are being held for hostages here in this country by a covert government full of Traitors!

Well, if they called in their debts then the U.S would start to call in its debts. Yes the US owes them trillions but there are other countries who the US trillions. So if say China called up and said" Hey U.S time to pay up." Then the U.S would like wise call in its debts, then those debtors would call up those that owed them money and so on and so on. So while it may seem they have the upper hand, in reality they are in debt to someone else who is in debt to someone else and so on.

Great question. Sounds like if they ever had to come collect, times could get lean and mean.

Most definitely, thanks largely to Bush. http://www.uuforum.org/deficit.htm
Already they are buying up ports, highways, bridges, mineral rights, etc. with the surpluses they enjoy, and generations of Americans to come will be in debt to foreigners so Bush can live out his dream of plunder and conquest.
