why only mnc company getting more encouragement in the planet.why not smallscal industry?

This is not that small scale industries are not getting promoted at all...
It is the much required hype of MNCs due to Globalization you start from looking a job there in and spending rest of your life in hopping from one to another for money.
Every big company must have been a small one before reaching there.
You just need some encouragement and support from Govt., more entrepreneurship skill. You can see the e.g. of industries in the local market.

MNC companies are getting encouragement cause there is a huge inflow of money into India which is good for the development of the country. How do expect some of states growing, because of MNC. If govt makes money, they only it can lend money to the small scale industry. I am a part of both industry, its a circle of money flowing.
people get paid more, they spend more thus products of small scale industry are bought.

Hi,
The main reason is "Financial status".
They pay more, earn more and so the respect is also higher.

I wanted to start a small company, I had approached so many banks - they are not ready to give me loan. The worst part is -
I conducted interviews for some engg graduates to recruit them in my company. But, they refused to join in the last minute sighting that my company is a small company and not an MNC.

People should understand that a known devil is better than a unknown angel!
