Haikus arent hard...think of just about anything and one shoudl come to you. Use the 5-7-5 stanza. 5 syllables, 7 syllables, 5 syllables

The tide rushes in 5
Turning the land a sea green 7
Before going home 5

Five sylibles first line. 2nd line 7 sylibles , then back to five.
