I think being gay is a choice of lifestyle. If you really think about it, men are born with an attraction to women, or vice versa, for the sake of procreation. Basic human nature and instincts.

There could be events that could trigger a person to be curious about someone of the same sex. Some gay/lesbian people previously were married to someone of the opposite sex, have children etc. Things just happen, there could be a number of reasons why someone might choose a gay lifestyle. But like I said, I believe it is a choice. Everyone is born the same, with the same capabilities as anyone else, and have that primitive human behavior, for survival or otherwise.

I respect either lifestyle for a person.

No a person is Never born gay. A person becomes gay if something sexually happened when he or she was a child. i watched this Dr. sue show and men have a G spot in their butt, so if a boy is raped by a man, the boy will never be atttracted to women because that was not what triggered his sexuallity.

I think gay people also don't know how to answer this question. Can be born, can be affected by surrounding, or lace of some kind of love in their childhood. Most important of all, respect them as any other people.

Gay people are usually born as warm little puppy dogs. Eventually their mothers abandon them for fuzzy slippers causing them great emotional turmoil. Eventually they do become people and forget their trauma and start raising puppies of their own with big brown eyes.

I think either one can happen; I think some people may be born gay, and other may become gay due to circumstances in their early upbringing. Either way, I don't think that they're "choosing" to be gay.
